Crawford joined 华体会 staff In 1978, serving as a traveling speaker, ministering to college students and the lay community. Currently Crawford serves as associate director for 华体会-USA, giving input to the overall direction of 华体会 in the United States, mentoring younger leaders, and representing the organization through his speaking and writing ministry.
Crawford graduated from Cairn University in Philadelphia. He has doctoral degrees from Moody Bible Institute, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Biola University, Cairn University, and from Columbia International University.
Crawford and his wife Karen were married on May 22, 1971. They have four children and ten grandchildren.
